Your HyperIn Service, Upgraded.
We’re excited to introduce a major refresh to the HyperIn service (Manage). This update improves the overall look and feel, makes navigation more intuitive, and strengthens security—all to help you work more smoothly every day.
If you haven’t yet received the upgrade, no worries: the rollout is ongoing, and our target is to deploy the new version to all our customers by the end of October 2025.
What’s New
1. Modern Login & Stronger Security
We’ve simplified the login process and made it more secure.
Temporary passwords are now replaced by a password reset link, making it easier for you to access your account while keeping it safe. The password link for users is valid for one day.
2. A Clearer, More Intuitive Navigation
The header and menu have been redesigned to give you a full overview of features at a glance.
Easier browsing: The new menu, opening from the left-hand corner, now shows all available features in one place.
New information architecture: The features have been organized in a new and more logical way, to help you quickly find what you are looking for.
Quick return home: Simply click the center name in the header to return to the home page anytime.
Profile navigation: Switch between admin and tenant views directly from the header—no need to remember separate URLs. Now it is easy to view the service from the tenant's perspective.

3. New Center Selector
For customers working across multiple centers, we’ve added a center selector to the header. This makes it easy to switch between centers easily from the header, with a clear overview of your options. The selector icon is also unified with the mobile intranet app for consistency.

Behind the scenes, this upgrade gives the HyperIn service a stronger technological foundation. While you won’t notice the technical details, it means:

Deployment & Maintenance
To roll out these changes, the upgrade will require a one-day maintenance window. You will be notified in advance of the exact timing to minimize disruption.
Please note: During the maintenance break your consumer channels and mobile intranet application will continue to be functional during the day, except for a two-hour maintenance window at night. The longer maintenance window will mainly impact the HyperIn web service.
